What is VitaraVox?

VitaraVox is an AI voice assistant that answers clinic phone calls in English and Mandarin Chinese, handling appointment booking, rescheduling, cancellation, and new patient registration — all without staff intervention.

The system connects directly to OSCAR EMR via SOAP/WS-Security, with adapters planned for Accuro and TELUS PS Suite.
