VitaraVox Documentation¶
AI-Powered Voice Assistant for Healthcare
What is VitaraVox?¶
VitaraVox is an AI-powered voice assistant that handles patient phone calls for medical clinics. Patients call a dedicated phone number, speak naturally in English or Mandarin, and book appointments, reschedule, cancel, or register as new patients—all without staff intervention.
The system integrates seamlessly with OSCAR EMR and other Electronic Medical Record systems, providing a complete voice-to-EMR pipeline.
